Two early voting sites open in downtown Chicago on January 26, 2023.
Early Voting in all 50 Wards of Chicago will begin Monday, February 13 and run through February 28, 2023 (Election Day). All 50 Ward Early Voting sites and the Board Supersite (191 N. Clark) will be open as vote centers on Election Day.
February 23, 2023. Last day for the Board of Elections to receive new Vote By Mail applications.
Election Day February 28, 2023. Vote by Mail ballots can be postmarked no later than Feb. 28.
Runoff election: April 4, 2023. Runoff races are for those where no candidate in a race received more than 50% of the vote on February 28.
